Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime through Apple App Store settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods
• Access to premium features continues until subscription expires

Permitted Use

• Personal, non-commercial use of the App
• Accurate entry of nutrition and health data
• Respectful interaction with AI coach features
• Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Prohibited Use

• Sharing false or misleading health information
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or exploit the App
• Using the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonating others or creating fake accounts

• NutriWave is for informational purposes only
• Content is not medical advice or diagnosis
• Consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns
• Do not disregard professional medical advice

Health Data Accuracy

• AI analysis provides estimates, not exact measurements
• Photo analysis may not be 100% accurate
• Manually verify AI-generated nutrition data
• Use your judgment when following recommendations

Personal Responsibility

• You are responsible for your health decisions
• Monitor your health and nutrition independently
• Seek professional help for eating disorders or health issues
• Stop using the App if you experience adverse effects

Our Rights

• NutriWave owns all app content, features, and functionality
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
• AI-generated content and recommendations are our property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content

User Content

• You retain ownership of your personal data and entries
• You grant us license to use your data to provide services

• You can export or delete your data at any time
